The team of the NGO Adult Learning and Education Centre “Pivden”, together with Mykolaiv City Council, developed an optimal model of a revolving fund for the community’s needs. The documentation created lays the foundation for launching the fund, which will help condominiums raise funds for building renovation and energy efficiency measures.
During the project:
- developed the Regulation on the establishment of a revolving fund;
- organized the forum “PRO-DIM. New Opportunities” forum with the participation of representatives of the Energy Efficiency Fund, where they presented the mechanism of the fund’s operation and relevant documentation;
- developed:
- 1. a draft decision of the Mykolaiv City Council on approval of the procedure for providing funds for the implementation of the revolving fund.
- 2. Regulations on implementing the revolving fund mechanism for internal use by the public union.
