Subgrantee contribution: 1015 EUR
The project team improved the management of the community’s energy resources. As part of the project:
- developed an Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plan of the community;
- implemented an energy management and energy monitoring system to better manage the energy consumption of budgetary institutions;
- conducted training for employees of municipal institutions and officials of the Dubove village council;
- purchased equipment for the energy manager to conduct energy monitoring;
- conducted an information campaign among the community residents.
