The NGOs Ecoaction and Ecoclub sent a joint position on the Ukraine Facility’s “Plan for Ukraine” to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and the Ministry of Community, Territorial and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine, and stressed the need to involve NGOs in the development of this plan.

Position on Ukraine Facility (129 downloads )Later, Ecoclub joined the second round of consultations with NGOs as part of the preparation of the Energy Action Plan for the Ministry of Economy. We provided positions on reforming the EIA procedure, district heating, and conditions for developing renewable energy sources. We emphasized the importance of considering climate factors and installing solar power plants at critical infrastructure facilities.
