Project Coordinator, EIA specialist
Master’s degree in two specialities: researcher in agrochemistry and soil science, specialist in environmental and natural resource management economics (Rivne, National University of Water and Environmental Engineering). She holds a PhD in Economics (speciality: economics of natural resources and environmental protection, Institute of Agroecology and Environmental Management of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine).
Julia participates in the analysis of EIA reports, analyses the functioning of the EIA system in Ukraine, and prepares comments on draft state policy documents. Monitors Ukraine’s compliance with national and international environmental policy in the field of EIA and SEA.
