He graduated from Khmelnytsky National University (organizational management, bachelor’s degree) and Khmelnytsky University of Economics and Entrepreneurship (administrative management, specialist).
Since 2016, he has been working in the structures of the Khmelnytsky City Council: head of Housing and Communal Services No. 1 (2016–2017), head of the Housing and Communal Services Department (2017–2020), currently — deputy mayor, director of the Infrastructure Department.
With his participation, the following eco-projects have been implemented: a solar power station has been installed at the infectious diseases hospital, the reclamation of the solid waste landfill and the construction of a waste processing complex have begun, a contract for 50 trolleybuses has been signed, and the construction of new sewage treatment facilities has begun (grant of €2 million). A program for the development of green spaces has been developed, and no “rejuvenating” pruning is carried out in the city.
He has participated in study trips on energy and ecology to Germany, Denmark, and the United States.
